Mission
To conserve, restore and promote the Farmill River and its
waterways as a valued resource for the communities and
cities that surround it, through research, education, and public
awareness campaigns.
The Farmill River Association (FmRA) is also focused on Connecticut’s only native trout species, the Brook trout :Salvelinus fontinalis, by studying and improving waterways that can sustain viable populations
of this native trout.
